Van was OK but charged twice for items and no response from online complaints. Customer Services were evasive about how the payments are taken from bank account and still no money refunded - avoid!

The managerial staff are unprofessional, and misleading. I did not want a specific car and I was told we will find you other options. After waiting 1 hour, the assistant manager did not find other options and just sang praises of the car I did not want - all the latest features etc. I trusted her but to my surprise, it did not even have a back camera. I requested to exchange the car the following day but it was repeatedly refused. They are unwilling to accomodate your needs especially when they are at fault. Someone from the branch called me near to the end of rent term and he rudely said "return the car first thing in the morning". Also, they close their phone line earlier than they should. Awful experience!
