Wow the gym was full to the brim today ! Awesome seeing so many there this bank holiday. Sarahs body pump class today was brilliant! Its my favourite class. I always used the machine before as I wasnt confident in how to use a bar and weights. Between Nicky and Sarah I am gradually increasing my weights and strength. I love it ! Thank you ladies x

Used to be a very welcoming and friendly place to workout and socialise, now due to the exorbitant price rises and lack of investment in facilities its not a great place to go. After 10 years I have cancelled my membership and have no plans to visit again. Such a shame

Sales personal are dreadful and unprofessional. I have checked the offer on the club website '2' days back with 14 for 14 days with end date by 14th. When called the sales said the offer just close this morning. If that's the case why the club put the offer in the first place valid until 14th. Also now they are offering half price joining fee, when enquired Sales said the joining fee is 60 and the sales lady said this is new offer , ironically the the sales manager quoted same joining fee on 10th March , when quoted this email to the sales lady said this is is new offer or may be running from last month. The sales thinks customers are crazy to listen to their nonsense with no professional dignity?, I am going to complaint to the Sidcup head office re the same
