        Despite having practiced and internationally competed in my younger days, I had not done Karate for nearly 20 years. The instructors have been absolutely great helping me out to gradually recover my fitness, coordination and overall skills in the martial art in a very enjoyable manner. My son attends to the "Tigers class" (for small children) and loves it.
