Professional done for major service. However, the staff has no patience for foreigners customer, and their way of speech is uncomfortable. After servicing my car, they replaced a washer worth 100 pounds without my permission, even I told them keep my car unchanged before I came to store. Above that, they did not update it on my safety report after that. It is not a big money for me but made me so uncomfortable. I am very disappointed with their service.

Despite being incredibly busy, Tracey Tomkinson went out of her way to help me the other day when I dropped by with a problem with my Lexus. She went out of her way to get the battery replaced in my key remote close to closing hours and even offered me tea and biscuits. Would not go to any other Lexus dealership. She really made my day.
