L&Q Cray House

I have been a tentant for the L&Q for 9 years now and I must say their services is brilliant always very helpful when I need them .

A good place to work. Not the best landlords, they have bitten off more than they can chew and struggle to keep up with demands. Lack of knowledge surrounding the mental health of the staff and the residents. Despite this, there are some very compassionate and genuine staff who care about the residents.

Absolute joke, The rules are pathetic, Run by a bunch of clowns, looked after the property unlike others in the block, Was always human waste and urine in the stairway, repairs was never carried out, Caretaker was a waste of space was always standing around chatting to everyone instead of doing what he was paid for, They kept the old staff from Lewisham housing instead of getting rid of them as they were useless, always moaning and sending letters to the wrong people instead of writing to the people that made everyone else's life a misery, Dog fouling on the communal garden but because they were private tenants nothing was ever said, bins bags always outside the bins never put in the big bins disgusting disappointing place to live mostly everyone decent has moved out and now they are stuck with grotty tenants in which they deserve, Gave them back their property after 14 years and would never ever want anything from them again, Customer service was a joke.. The building was always filthy and there only interested in the money GREEDY CHARITY
