I had good and bad experiences as a L&Q resident, the problems lies in how they respect the residents, there's a certain delimitation between rentee and shareholders, the last being treated with more promptiness. The same delimitation is in use if you don't belong to specific ethnicities and I'm referring here to L&Q staff mostly, less the Customer Service department who bear the whole weight on their shoulders being the business frontline. Going forward customer service , it's a rare occurence to meet someone really attentive. It was a time when a manager was accessible, so issues could have dealt on straightforwardly, now they've built a 'glass ceiling',they're hard to reach and they don't care about the frustration built through this ' iced ' management style until the day it will thaw ...for the good of all.

The main reason I leave this review is to advise other candidates to stay clear from this heartless organisation. I found the company to be insensitive and very disappointing. The L&Q call centre is struggling to deal with the high volume of calls from disgruntled residents. Staffing these calls is a big issue for the organisation and staff retention is equally an issue. Management have no respect for their staff whatsoever, hence my resignation. Look elsewhere for work and save yourself from these rude and obnoxious people.
