My daughter Robyn has been going now for about 3 months and can't praise them enough, they show alot of patience there is no pressure to buy your own equipment as they let you borrow, the staff have been so lovely and my Daughter absolutely loves it there! I would recommend Timbertops to anyone! So professional and the horses are so well cared for! Can't wait for my Daughter to progress even more in pony club, well done Timbertops top notch service all round

Daughter came to Timbertops for over 2 years having regular group lessons and occasional individual. Made very slow progress at this stables. The group lessons were too large with all abilities mixing both very young children, children and adults. This meant minimal time riding or opportunity to develop. For instance canter max 2 short attempts as too many other riders in group. This hindered progress . No time within lesson learning skills such as tack/ Handling / horse care. Horses/ponies lacked enthusiasm & any oomph. Since moving to a different riding school, the instructors started again as a beginner as technique taught incorrect. She has progressed dramatically within 18months and now cantering, galloping and jumping confidently in mnage and cross country / hacks. If you wish to learn to ride seriously - would recommend going to another stables and waiting if there is a waiting list for places.
