Fire Action Ltd

I have previously had 20 years of excellent service with Fire Action when it was a family run business owned by Paul and Louise Garry. Unfortunately the human touch has completely disappeared since being sold to Spry. I have been issued with threats of a pre court letter for work that I was unaware was done nor even given a phone call to discuss.

Scam of a company, they have charged us multiple times for services not carried out. We have issues with our fire alarm and both the normal number and the out of hours numbers don't answer. Dangerous & negligent company, I will escalate this.

We were personally recommended Fire Action for our farm fire extinguisher upgrade. Amazing service, professional, worked within our small window in our timetable. Understanding of our needs, included training and overall fabulous job done. Would highly Recommend, look forward to seeing you next year for maintenance!

I have dealt with Fire Action for the last 4-5years, and they have never disappointed, or let us down. They are very competitive, capable, professional and 'think on their feet'. They are highly adaptable especially with tenders that are missing crucial details, or value engineering projects. They have a very 'CAN DO' approach, where other suppliers would shy away. We feel thoroughly supported by Fire Action and would be hard pushed to place such trust in any other company
