I have had the pleasure to work with Frankham Consultancy Group doing their on-site and headshot photography. The staff were absolutely lovely and worked well with photography equipment taking over one of their meeting rooms. I have always been warmly welcomed through the company and office and could not recommend the company more.

Ive worked at Frankham Risk Management Services (part of FCG) for 5 years. Ive found them to be a supportive employer keen to help people to carve out a career path to achieve their ambitions. Staff reviews take place half yearly and pay reviews are also regular. Support during Covid was good, with any furloughed staff having their salaries topped up. Flexible working is accepted within fair reason, consultants work both from home and the office. A salary incentive structure is in place to motivate individual teams to exceed and this is transparently tied to performance. Social value and charitable commitments are notable with support offered to various local organisations including mini buses and around 90k raised for the Chandran Foundation last year alone. They expect staff to be committed, motivated and honest and will release people who dont perform in order to main their high standards. But Ive also seen a significant amount of people invested in (12 people commences a CFPA Fire Safety Diploma in the last year) including myself, and they will assist in an individuals development where that person is positive and proactive to help themselves. Ive worked in the Royal Navy, as a firefighter, at Goldman Sachs and at other consultancies and have no problem recommending them as a solid and supportive employer.

I joined Frankham Consultancy Group in March 2022 after a career break to raise family. My return to work has been an entirely positive experience and Frankham has offered me fantastic flexibility. My Manager has supported me to 'dust off' my skillset and put them to good use in a varied and challenging role.
