As a few of the other reviews have mentioned, the price you pay seems to be based on the value of your car.
For outside wash only, the menu says Small 8 / Medium 8 / Large 10.
I took my wife's car in today and paid 8 then went back for mine (which is the same size but a Porsche) and was asked for 15. I questioned it and was told by the lady who takes the money "No this car is 15". I said that it was too much for just a wash and she replied "how is it too much when you have this car?" Absolute chancer!
I'll be driving the extra 2 mins up to Ruxley from now on.
