        I got what I needed which was a great plus however the speed of service was abysmal! I must have waited 40 minutes to get served. One guy on the till with several in the background. It would have been helpful if one of these could have helped serve customers while there was a queue.

        Absolutely shocking service. Rudeness & arrogance from the Guy Andy on the front counter. Most unhelpful person I have come across for many years. Wouldn't let me speak to the manager after driving a long way to collect pre-ordered parts which were not even in stock. He lied to me saying the parts required were not even listed. Had to stand outside the store and phone the manager to sort it out . Parts were found to be in stock at Welling branch .
