Really helpful, friendly and huge selection in the showroom.. knowledgeable and won't try to push a sale if it's not right .

I needed a spare part for my stove but, without knowing the make or model, spent some considerable time searching the web for it without success. Seeing Croydon Fireplaces ad and their claim "give us a challenge", I did just that. After a helpful and positive talk over the telephone, I sent a photo of the stove and part needed. If the part was unavailable, they said, my broken part could be adapted and re-used. Less than an hour later, they replied with news that the part was in stock and that I could collect ir or have it delivered: I chose to collect it. I spoke to two different people on the phone and by email, and with Ben when I went to collect it today. All were friendly and helpful, and Ben gave more advice on fitting the new part or, if needed, having the broken part repaired and adapted to be put back into use. In summary - friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient people and I have no hesitation in recommending them 100%.

After having problems with a gas fire installed by a local East Grinstead stove shop for the 3 years since it was installed I finally gave up on the original company's ability to correct and contacted Croydon Fireplaces. Within one week an extremely knowledgeable and friendly engineer (Trevor) had visited and corrected the issue In 1 hour with no parts required! Fantastic service please give them a try to save all frustrations like I experienced.

We had a Stuv compact 30 with stones above installed by Croydon Fireplaces in October. They did an excellent job and we would highly recommend this company.
