This is the first time I've ever left a review. For me this company has excelled in customer service and has delivered just what I asked for. I made a couple of errors with my order and I needed it amending asap. I remember sending an email Friday morning to try and resolve the issue and by Friday afternoon my order had been amended and the order was being shipped out that day. I received my refund immediately and got the order I needed. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Great customer service, prompt despatch & delivery. They even emailed to make sure Id bought the correct product (which I hadnt) then amended my order & still managed to get it to me next day. First class!

Was recommended Ashdown Home Store by a specific vendor. I placed an order on Sunday and Sean emailed me to advise that a few of the devices were not compatible for my requirement and that he would refund the products until I'd spoken to the vendor. My order was shipped without delays and the refund was submitted. I appreciated that Sean and the team took the time to review my order and advise compatibility/requirement. Amazing level of service, great knowledge of the product and attention to detail. So pleased with the level of service kicking myself as to why I haven't found them earlier. Will definitely recommend.
