        Bought a hammock from this company 5 months ago. Used it this summer. It fell apart. I requested a replacement. The firm offered a 15% discount on a new one. I declined this. I had no confidence that the quality would be any better. Similar items, bought elsewhere, have lasted 5 years. Their QA and customer service is totally inadequate and unacceptable. I would NOT recommend doing business with this firm.

        My experience with "The Garden Hammocks Ltd" was nice. The online store has a wide variety of products with sub-options to chose from too. The "classic cotton rope swing" is the product I purchased and its quality is perfect. The customer care team are very professional as they helped in suggesting a product to my needs as well.
