I would not recommend this company. I called to get my fuel cap fixed as it was not opening. I brought it in on my appointment day and was assured it would be completed by the end of the day. I then received a call mid afternoon to say that the part had not arrived (even though my appointment day had been over a week since a technician had looked at the car and had found the problem). They said they could keep it in overnight and it would be ready by 11am, at the latest, for the next day. It got to 11:30am on the next day and I decided to ring them as I had not been contacted and they then informed me it would be ready by 2pm. When I arrived I was shown my receipt, which showed I had also been overcharged for the work that had been done as they had charged me double for one part that had been replaced. The receipt also said that I had received a free of charge car wash and vacuum, however my car had not been vacuumed and there were some mud splashes on the side of it.
