        Absolutely atrocious after sales service. Various issues with our VW California haven't been rectified, some of which were raised 7 months ago. No call backs, no interest. Disgusting when you consider the price of the vehicle. Avoid.

        Amazing service from the initial call to the collection of an ID Buzz van. Mike Harbinson was very knowledgeable and made the whole process seamless. Would highly recommend him and the team at Crawley and look forward to re-visiting for servicing in the future.

        Bought a used van from here. Was not cleaned inside front or back or roof on pick up day. They said they had fixed the issues with the van and they had not. They had replaced the buckle wheel, but not all the suspension it had damaged. Would not recommend for second hand vehicles.
