Portland Vets East Grinstead

Sadly, we had to say goodbye to one of our dogs recently. From my tearful telephone call to book the appointment, right through to her passing with the vet's help, we were dealt with in the most caring, compassionate and sensitive way. The staff at this practice are the best and I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.

Visited Portland Vets this week with our much loved hound Cooper, who loves to howl and say hello to everyone, we had to take our other dog Dougie as he doesn't like to be left alone, he was extremely vocal and sad when Cooper went into the treatment room, Lauren invited Dougie to be with his friend. The care and kindness shown to my beloved boys was second to none. It was a pleasure for the boys from start to finish. Professional from the moment we entered the clinic. Would highly recommend. If the boys are happy the humans are happy.

Really friendly vets! Best weve been to! The staff are very friendly, their customer service is great, and they also have a useful app where you can send photos if you think your pet might have an issue, and it saves having to make an unnecessary appointment if they dont! :)
