        Part exchange Vauxhall Zafira for Skoda Octavia. I had an independent car after buy expetions. It appeared that that brake fluid needed changing. When sold the car to me I was assured it didn't needed anything to do. Also the rear wiper needed to changed. Management didn't want to here about it.

        Following a disappointing experience at Toyota Gatwick, I can now report that I have received an excellent level of service and assistance from all levels of management. I would like to especially commend the Retention Specialist (Simone) who has gone out of her way to provide me with a high level of care and support in resolving any remaining issues. I met with the team today at Gatwick and am now firmly back as a long term customer of theirs.
