So after a fantastic 2 week holiday in Thailand we went to leave Gatwick airport early Sunday morning to drive home to Cornwall and our car broke a coil spring as we reversed out of the parking space we searched for some towing companies to get some quotes and came across mark's number so gave him a call for a price to tow us home as this was expensive he said he would ask mechanics he knew if they could fix the car instead of towing as it would be cheaper he said he would call back in five minutes we didn't think we would get a response being a Sunday morning but Mark true to his word called back within 3 minutes and told us he found someone who could replace the spring and arranged to pick us and the car up the following morning and tow us to the garage he then dropped us Into Crawley so we could get some breakfast while we waited for the car to be fixed and we had a good chat with mark he does voluntary work for the fire brigade as well as working full time the man is a godsend and such a genuinely nice bloke who went above and beyond to help us out of a minor crisis he even called to see if we got home safe after the long journey need more people in the world ready to help others like him thankyou Mark Services: Special vehicle towing, Local hauling, Car towing
