There are about 10 trading names under this umbrella company located at tropical house in east grinstead. When you telephone in you may well get an ad hoc person on commission working from home anywhere. They will book you a holiday and it's often subbed out to an overseas agent. It's a low operating cost business model. That's fine. It's all about sales and commission and if things do go wrong there is an office where there will be staff that can pick it up. Dont expect continuity per se. Why 2 stars, well in truth you might as well book flights and accommodation yourself and save the significant commission as once the sale is made any ongoing support or service is "thin". Their subcontractor in the country in our case was weak. (This is obviously one of the genuine reviews). Personally I would not use them again as they were expensive which is ok if the service is there but it wasn't. It just goes to show what you can do with a really pretty website and a telephone line
