        Not sure where the great reviews are coming from but the Internet connection they manage/installed in the apartment complex I live in, is appalling. Constantly dropping out or fails completely for hours at a time; perfect when you have to work from home! Doesn't look like they added in any resiliency to the setup (aka. no backup kit). Support does it's best but gives generic responses in updates, eg' "there is an issue on site". (We know this, but we would like to know a bit more; such as the actual cause of the problem is!). All in all, not a great experience. If your apartment complex has Freshwave, invest in some form of personal 4/5G hotspot device, you're going to need it!
