        Overall experience was good but the price is the reason for the low score. I booked a cab for 6pm on a Tuesday. The person was very nice and arranged my booking with ease. The cab did arrive 10 minutes early but luckily the tracker meant we knew that. The journey was comfortable and I don't have any complaints about it. But we were charged 25 for an 8 minute journey which was way more than expected. And it just seemed to have added a premium due to the Wedding venue destination . Personally will look elsewhere in the future

        Driver fine. Price fine. Communications awful. Not just late but the team were not truthful about likely delays. Clear instructions not passed to driver. 15 mins late for airport run.
