        edit: I tried to be nice, but this is second time theyve got to opposite address (drop off address) in a row. Why have a guy taking calls who doesnt understand English. They send another driver, he arrived 30 minutes after they said hes be there, I spoke to him, he said he just got the job. The call center guy lied to me and told me hed been there the whole time. I walked outside and in the local area twice in pouring rain. No honesty. Nothing done to handle it.

        Booked taxi to pick up from East Grinstead Station take to Uckfield. Decided to drop my partner in train station 15 mins from house at 1am in morning. 4 degree even thoe booked to a street address. Just refused to go any further. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

        Terrible. Called at 7:15 for an 8:00 pickup for a 5 min journey (30 min walk). At 8:10 I called and was told the driver hadn't seen the message, only 2-3 minutes and he'll be there. At 8:22 he arrived, having already missed my appointment I told them to stuff it. Unreliable. DO NOT USE
