        Very bad experience. I booked them from the night before because I had a plane to catch. They just didn't come. I called them 10 minutes after the time that was supposed to be there, they said 10 more minutes. One hour later they were nowhere and didn't even called to inform.

        No service at all. Booked them hours before. Didn't show up so I called again, said in 15 minutes. 45 minutes later I took the bus. Not recommended.

        I was a bit skeptical about booking EVO Taxis given all the negative reviews but everything went fine. Booked 2 days in advance for a pick-up at 3am, the driver was early and offered to stay in case my train was cancelled.

        Don't bother I've pre-booked pickup from a pub I've worked in on several ocasions they say yes they can do it but without fail an hour before pick up I get a text saying they have cancelled my booking as they have no one available in the area. I've been lead to believe from taxi drivers from alternative company in East Grinstead that evo no longer serve east Grinstead but telling people they do
