Avoid! totally Unprofessional got pick up from Gatwick Airport going back to the hotel carpark was meant to be a fixed fee but was well overcharged by the driver who said their wasn't a fixed and inside the taxi looked and smellt like the back of a builders van avoid these taxi's.

Booked a taxi to get us to the crematorium for a funeral. Operator didnt know what the crematorium was, had to give her the postcode to book it. We only booked an hour before we had to leave but when we called to confirm, 10 mins before it was due, she said had no knowledge of our booking. Luckily was able to get another taxi company to pick us up at short notice. Tried calling them to get us home and but they didnt know where Heathy Farm pub was. Again had to give them the postcode and then the driver called us as he was actually looking for a farm !! Only use if you have a map book at hand to give them.

The cab drivers have all been very nice, but I have been charged anywhere between 12 and 20 for journeys between Horley and Redhill. When I queried this, I was told that if they did not have drivers in the area they take them from further afield and charge the client extra. It would be much better if they explained this beforehand. I dont know any other taxi firm that work this way.
