Diabolical, I booked one of their cars to turn up at Gatwick Airport to take me for a short run round the corner, the driver turned up, we loaded in all of the kit, and because we had a snowboard, he tried to charge us an extra 10.
We refused so he unloaded the car and he still billed us via Uber for the journey regardless of the fact that he refused to take us unless we paid 55% more than the original quote. They refused to refund even though they never actually took us anywhere.
