        I have been badly mistreated by your member of staff last week at your station. An old lady with blonde hair seated at the payment counter was rude, unprofessional and quite unhappy to serve me. I have been a Shell customer for 10 years, I used to travel the country from South to North only stopping at Shell service stations. I cannot believe how bad she treated me when I simply asked her to cancel my transaction because I wanted to put points on my Shell card. I strongly suggest you to replace her with another member of staff. I have open a complaint with Shell directly and I will keep spreading my terrible experience across the web and to everyone I know. Shame on you!
