This place hasnt become so bad over the years. It is my local and when I am struggling to pay bills yet this place doesnt even have basic essentials stocked like bread and I am never asked for my club card and forget myself as I am elderly or in a rush. It makes me sick. If this place was a Sainsburys instead I would be much happier as they seem to know how to treat customers

Staff were helpful but lot of problems with their system. I bought groceries and scanned my clubcard but didn't got discounted price. I checked receipt and had to request staff for refund. And not much club discounts on items compared to other tesco.

Excellent customer service, no milk on shelf but one of staff get it quickly from back, I understand retailer struggling without staff but very helpful team .

This place hasnt become so bad over the years.
