        Recently had a cupping therapy with Jamie. Something Id never heard of but she explained what it does and even though it looks painful, its not and has made me feel a lot better!

        Jamie is amazing. I came to her with calf problems where I used to cramp up often and had lots of knots that caused me problems. She spent time using different techniques to help, gave me advice to help at home. Sorted out all my the problems with my legs and now I havent cramped up for over 3 months. Since then she has also treated me for whiplash which has really helped. Couldn't recommend her enough!

        Been to see Jamie on multiple occasions now for various football related issues. Shes always known what the correct course of action is to help aid a quick recovery, and I highly recommend her deep tissue massages!
