        After suffering with bilateral knee pain and chronic quad tension for 5 years I chose to book an appointment with Chris as we passed to visit friends in Brighton. Chris explained how the tightness in my quads was a compensation pattern from my nervous system and until we solved the route course it would be very difficult to overcome (he was right after 5 years of trying). He used a technique called P-DTR which didn't involve any massage or manipulation and within one hour he had completely removed all pain and tension. From what I can gather P-DTR is about finding and resetting faulty pain receptors in the body, mostly related to previous injuries. I have ran pain free 3 times since seeing him 2 weeks ago and can't thank him enough. Top guy.
