        No ticket on car, no letters from them, but just got a bill for 140 from their obvious partners in crime (debt agency) 4 months after the date of the alleged offence? Shysters of the highest order.

        Company who are totally inflexible, targeting vulnerable patients attending hospital appointments. Quick to ticket (ticket officers assume on commission) quick to turn down very reasonable appeals. Use no win no fee debt collectors, offer 'discounts' to pay early, inflate prices as they go along. Vultures is probably quite an apt description. Sad that NHS trusts use such companies who are unable to apply compassion to patients in difficult situations.

        Got a ticket for parking for parking in a 20 minute bay in hospital for 28 minutes because I got distracted by my wife going into Labour and having major complications. This company is a cancer on society. Pathetic.

        These people are a bunch of ... I don't even have a name. They charged me a 'REDUCED CHARGE OF 40' on a Sunday, for overstaying 15 !! minutes. On a Christmas Fairy day at a center town, when they specifically increased the prices for the day. Brilliant.
