Bathroom out of order, dirty counters, smelly

Not the usual avocado sandwich. Yes, the run out of mozzarella but was told they would add extra avocado. This has less than usually also was charged stay in price without being asked. Plus was asked to declare if gluten free was allergy or preference - what kind o f question is this?! Never been asked this before at a Joe and the Juice. The secret of successful chains is consistency is customer experience but this store fails to get this. A no from me and I am sure from many others as the store was empty compared to the chains in the first floor.

6:00 am full staff working. Not busy at all. My toasted sandwich served cold. Ive kindly asked to be heated and toasted a little bit more. 3 people looked at each other from the counter . One of them answered like: its meant to be eaten/served cold. its a sandwich. They refused my request. I had to eat an ice called sandwich. (Its says toasted sandwich) was not toasted nicely. At the and I just had a bite. I think this team need to understand in hospitality we have to be much nicer to clients of theirs. Thank you.

Foods great. Service is a bit slow, but great place to kill time while waiting for your announced gate. Even have a departures TV screen in the cafe.
