Staff working alone under stress . My order done 2 times wrong . 3rd got right one but no one said sorry and burger patty was cold and dry. Looks like they angry for me and done for purpose. Manager staying at the back not helping at all.

The server was rushed of his feet and apologised for the slight delay explaining that he was on his own as they were understaffed. One star for him and one for the chef in the back working hard to get the food out. No stars for the rude, loud Manager who was shouting and cursing at both collegues. Unbelievable for a manager to act like that and shout and swear at her staff especially in front of customers. Those young lads were doing there best and this manager's attitude was distasteful and poor. The manager was a young woman with glasses.

Our drink was the first item to be made in our order. It sat on the side for at least ten minutes. The lady who gathered our order together refused to re do the drink it can sit there for 30m she said, we insisted because it would have been watery. The lady was extremely rude rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing while re doing our drink. this was extremely unprofessional from what looked like the manager because she wasnt wearing any uniform. And I must add this women kept covering her mouth with her jumper as if she was cold which is extremely unhygienic seeing as none of them were wearing gloves.
