Graham came and quoted for the work which we immediately accepted and an appointment made for 12-2pm the following Wednesday, and duly noted on his worksheet. He then failed to show up, didnt respond to phone calls until eventually responding to an email a few days later asking if we still wanted the work done. We immediately responded yes by return and once again, despite that email and numerous phone calls, no response was received. Such a shame, seemed like a nice and knowledgable chap.
