Karen has changed my life even with the few sessions I have had. I could never understand why I could not lose weight. I mean I am an active person. Ive done sailing and cycling to and from work and yet I could not lose weight. Turns out it is partly down to my lymphatic system. Karen is very knowledgable and with her skills can change your life and in end improve your health. I highly recommend Karen as Reflexologist and as an expert in her field. After every session I have had, I felt lighter and relaxed. And as magical as it may sound I can see the difference in the size of my legs after each session.

Friendly service and extremely relaxing. Great value for money. Karen is very knowledgeable and used reflexology to help me post-pregnancy. I felt at ease and would recommend Karen to anyone thinking of trying reflexology or any of her sculpt and change therapies, whatever the reason. Im looking forward to trying one of her other treatments next time!

I have, for the past year, had treatment with Karen Windsor for swollen knees and feet due to arthritis. Her expertise has kept this swelling at bay and delayed me going to my doctors for possible knee replacements. Her weekly sessions have meant I can continue working and not becoming a drain on the NHS.

I have been working with Kaz for almost 2 years and I had incredible results. I am suffering from Lipoedema and RLD helped me keep everything under control. I am late stage two and this treatment means a lot to me
