Aim To Heel

I went to Amy for my first ever reflexology session and didnt leave disappointed! Amy was so friendly yet professional and her love and passion for reflexology is admirable. I was made to feel comfortable from the start and I can honestly say it was only if the most relaxing experiences I have ever had. I am 34 weeks pregnant and been suffering from shortness of breath however since my session this has improved dramatically. I would highly recommend and if you are thinking of booking you wont regret it. Will definitely be returning

Just had my first reflexology session with Amy and what heeling hands she has. I'm currently 37 weeks pregnant and want to start getting my body prepared for birth. Amy made me feel so relaxed and the room was so calm and relaxing. I'm sure I fell asleep twice during the session and baby enjoyed it too. Thank you Amy, I will definitely be back. Pooja

I had my first treatment with Amy recently and didn't know what to expect. It was a brilliant experience. Amy knew things that were wrong with me without me saying! The actual treatment amazing, I felt so relaxed and energised after the treatment. I cannot not recommend Amy enough and I will definitely be going again.
