Hi, Alex Rattigan, Thank you for your comment but can we please add some context: I am really sorry if you felt our staff was rude and shouting. However you need to realise that you only applied for work on the 30th May and within 2 weeks we found you a suitable client, you were interviewed by us and then the client on the 8th June and on the same day you were offered not only the job you applied for but a higher position than what you initially applied for and you have already been offered the job. We did not shout at you we simply advised that you need to wait for your references to come back and then the client company who hired you will be in touch when they have all your compliance. These matters do not happen overnight when you apply to work with vulnerable people. We are sorry you are unhappy with the wait and the lack of a return call from the client but those are matters out of our control. You called us on the 14th and we explained everything to you, you then called the client who said they would call back and then on the 15th you walk into the office with your mum, partner and baby and your partner was getting distressed as she is having to work whilst you are not it creates an atmosphere as neither of you were happy with you not interviewing and starting work the same day but the world doesn't work that way.
