        Fantastic agency! Olly Nixon is an legend and an absolute credit to Gold Group who is very efficient and detailed regarding the roles and has a very warm personality. I recommend this agency who genuinely care and if you come across Olly you will not be disappointed.

        I have experienced poor customer service, but, I never experienced such useless customer service as I have after recently having the misfortune of dealings with GoldGroup, a complete waste of time and effort, very frustrating congratulations Tom, this is quite some accolade.

        Very bad experience, no feedback, nothing. I have to ask them 2 or 3 times, then i asked the company directly, then only they gave me the feedback. Stay away from them.
