Just absolutely appalling, I have applied for roles multiple times with this company and they never get back to you, I remember they confirmed to me that I had an interview by email, when I chased it up to confirm dates and time nothing! You try and call them and the staff are unpleasant and never call you back when they say they will.

I'm typing this review after recently accepting a job offer which I would have struggled in achieving without the efficient, warm and pragmatic approach Tessa had provided me. From Tessa sending out clear and detailed interview prep as well as promptly updating me regarding post interview feedback, I felt confident in each interview stage I attended. I am immensely grateful that I had Tessa to guide me through the interview process and I reccomend her further for anyone looking for a seamless job hunting experience.

Tessa helped me SO much during my time of unemployment at the start of this year, many recruiters dont make you feel like youre actually important and usually forget about you within a few weeks or so but I had such a brilliant and positive experience with Tessa and Masson Appointments. She was so on the ball at keeping me updated with any jobs or just in general with my daily life! I cannot praise her or the company enough, I felt like she really cared and wanted to help me get the right job and not just any old job - and she succeeded beyond belief! Two months on in my new role and I have been trained up in three different departments and everything she told me about working for the company was true. I cannot recommend Masson Appointments enough, I can promise you will receive honest, genuine, and attentive help working along side Tessa and her company, thank you so much Tessa for helping 2021 go off with a great start!

Tessa has helped me tremendously throughout the whole process of getting a job. Even from the first call she was so reassuring and helpful. She kept me informed every step of the way through the interview stage to keep my nerves at ease. Such a lovely woman who genuinely has your best interests at heart. Even after I got the job Tessa was there congratulating me (thank you for my card!) just a kind soul and cant thank her enough ! Xx
