        Ordered 9 radiators (bespoke RAL colours) mid October 2019. 8 arrived within a reasonable timeframe (although longer than the 4 weeks suggested on TRCs website), but the last one just kept getting pushed back and back. I received email updates with revised estimated delivery dates (typically getting pushed back 2 weeks each time) and in the end it took 12 weeks. Quality is good but difficult to manage a building project with a lack of clarity around lead times.
