Una creates a very safe space in which to explore different aspects of parenting and to dive deeply into the layers beneath the surface to release and heal what no longer serves. Una has helped me to unearth the origins of some of the challenges of parenting in my life and empowered me to heal and transform them. Through this Im able to show up with more presence and understanding for my children but also for me. Truly life changing work, thank you Una for doing what you do!

Una has helped me enormously on my parenting journey, having supported me to get to a place where I feel confident and clear on how I want to parent.
