Una provides strong support, gently and without judgement. This, coupled with her deep understanding of parenting and of children, has helped me to unravel my thoughts and emotions, from which I have gained clarity and understanding that has helped me to parent with more ease and prescence.

Una creates a very safe space in which to explore different aspects of parenting and to dive deeply into the layers beneath the surface to release and heal what no longer serves. Una has helped me to unearth the origins of some of the challenges of parenting in my life and empowered me to heal and transform them. Through this Im able to show up with more presence and understanding for my children but also for me. Truly life changing work, thank you Una for doing what you do!

Una has helped me enormously on my parenting journey, having supported me to get to a place where I feel confident and clear on how I want to parent. I now have a practical parenting skill set which feels authentic to me, and which is both gentle and very powerful. I cannot recommend Una highly enough.
