Customer service is 2nd to none, always prompt at replying to any queries and very friendly and approachable The house I live is morden, well appointed and maintained. Any problems or faults are dealt with swiftly. Housemates are friendly and well matched by the Melissa. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend VCC.

VCC are one of the best letting agents in Crawley and the best Ive ever stayed with. Mel and Ollie are always on hand if you need anything and they keep you informed with any relevant information about the house. I would consider Mel more of a friend than an agent, I love her monthly inspections - not only does she check things are safe and legal inside our home but she always makes time to have a brew and a catch up too. Its these personal touches that make you feel really welcome - Mel always take the time to ask how things are and she checks our fixtures and fittings and advises replacements when needed. I live with really lovely people and I love the fact I have sociable housemates. You receive benefits like discounts at high street and online retailers through their reward scheme. Since living in the house Ive had some minor maintenance issues in my bedroom but all of these have been fixed really quickly. Mel will always try her best by her tenants - I know from personal experience how accommodating she can be - shes gone above and beyond to help my professional career and I cant thank her enough for this! Their rooms across their portfolio are clean, spacious and modern with everything youd expect. They are accredited and regulated - so you know youre in safe hands too. Instead of living in a house, I feel like its my home. Thank you for everything you do for me! If you chose to be in a VCC home, youd be making a really great choice. I cant thank them enough for what theyve done for me and for what they continue to do.

I cannot recommend VCC Homes enough! I have been with VCC Homes for just over a year and I highly doubt I would use any other company for my renting needs. Mel & Oli are the most attentive letting agents Ive ever used, always on hand when we need them. They are quick to solve any issues, or keep you updated & provide a timeline for solutions. The monthly inspections are always enjoyable to be able to have an open forum to discuss any slight problems, everything is always well received & you can guarantee youre in safe hands. When looking for a new place, I gave Mel a brief of what I was looking for and to say they smashed it would be the ultimate understatement. I love my house and the people in it, we all get on so well but also respect each other's space. I first met Mel over a year ago and I now consider her a good friend, she is there for all your rent needs but also there for good chat if needed. If youre thinking about moving out for the first time, or just looking for a new place I would recommend VCC Homes 100%. They are not just letting agents, they are close friends!
