Worst estate agent Ive ever had to deal with. Apparently even you mention you have dogs on the tenancy agreement, they can accept you and then still say they didnt agree to the dogs four months later. They even increased our rent by 25 for the dogs! Sarah is a real nasty piece of work and very unprofessional, i would personally stay well clear of the estate agent if you have dogs. Kicked us out of the property with a 6 week old baby aswell and would of left us all homeless for Christmas as we couldnt get help from the council. Estate agent do not meet up with you at the property, they expected us to hand them at their office and then they looked around the property 10 days later without us and noticed in all photos provided that was definitely not how we left it! So please be aware that this happens.

Ive rented my property from Connect UK for over 8 years and they have always been professional, efficient and quick to solve any general maintenance problems. In the past few months there have been serious maintenance issues caused by an underfloor burst pipe which resulted in the entire downstairs needing to be gutted and refurbished! Sarah was brilliant throughout the ordeal, from pursuing the insurance companys permission to go ahead with the repairs, to organising the builders and approving my preferred temporary accommodation. As is often the case additional issues were found during the work and again Sarah was efficient and helpful in getting these resolved. As you can imagine it was a stressful few months for me and Sarah was mindful of this and supported me whenever the need arose. I feel she went over and above her duty on several occasions. I highly recommend prospective tenants using this agency and on a personal note Im delighted to be living in a beautifully maintained and refurbished property.
