Tim Burberry Plumbing & Heating

This is the second time I have used Tim Burberry Plumbing and Heating to service my boiler. Tim is polite, friendly and accomodating, as is his colleague Harry who serviced my boiler last year. Both of them turned up on time, and worked professionally and without fuss! They are not the cheapest heating engineers I've used over the years, but I'd rather pay more and have the reassurance of knowing my boiler is serviced to a high standard. You get what you pay for at the end of the day! Tim is also a cat lover which earned him extra brownie points. I will definitely be using this company again for my boiler service and would recommend them to others.

Called Mr Burberry to sort a leak in the valves on my unvented hot water cylinder. He re-pressurised the expansion vessel but sadly within a week the problem was back as before. Rather bad value for 96 an hour VAT included.

Why advertise yourself in crawley if you don't work in crawley? Advertising yourself as "no job too small" yet was told to loom for someone else due to being too far away... And I'm in crawley. Makes no sense!
