received a cold pizza, I rang the shop to complain and ask them to deliver me a hot pizza, I was offered a free pizza next time. Pretty confident talk from a company that delivered me a cold pizza!! Again I asked for a hot pizza as I had paid 22, was hungry and didnt fancy eating a cold pizza!, I was advised that they didn't have enough delivery drivers so this was not possible!! I was forced to accept a refund which a week later still hasn't arrived.. what made it worse is that I had friends over that night and had to fork out again to buy a dominoes!!?? Which was hot...have rang three times now to ask about a refund and still have got no further - terrible experience.

Very rude staff, refuse to follow their own policy, take money and do not deliver products, have to go through head office. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Save yourself the stress go to another place.
