        I arrived with a whole host of problems. Adam gave me a series of exercises and after a few weeks and three sessions I am in much better physical shape. He then advised more exercises for future health maintenance which I will definitely follow. No hesitation in returning should I need follow ups. Would recommend.

        Jennifer was great! Following an MCL rupture I saw Jennifer for a few months. Her passion for her work really showed and she provided a fantastic pathway to get back to sports!

        I saw Jen regularly since July, due to damage to the tendon in my shoulder. Since then, following Jens clear instructions and prescribed exercises I have full mobility, no pain and am able to return to some of my much loved workouts (e.g. boxing). Jen encouraged me to test the water with my gym exercises, as initially I felt hesitant to push myself. She is a great physio, professional, knowledgeable, kind and understanding. I am now no longer under Jens care, however I will not hesitate to return should I need to. I cannot recommend Jen and Portland Physio East Grinstead enough. Thank you!

        Jennifer Baker has been outstanding ! With her treatments and prescribed exercises I now have far more range in my neck and the neuropathy in my arm has improved beyond measure . Although now signed off from her care I will not hesitate to return if / when needed. Jen is a delightful ,professional and caring Physio who I would not hesitate to recommend .
