        Bad service, rude, not friendly. Very late, always they said come 4, 5 , hours later. Never pick up the phone DISSAPOINTED.

        It is my local pharmacy and tried it twice during these past four years. However the service is seriously lacking. I do understand they compete against chains but post-COVID everybody has adapted to a different and more conteporary approach. I feel for the staff but you need to drastically improve if you would like to be around for business for many more years to come.

        Waste of time waiting 30 minutes for the pharmacist who was late so shop couldnt open, ladies in pharmacy so kind and helpful, Finally see the pharmacist she wasnt interested at all no advice or reassurance I felt very dismissed. Will go else where to get an opinion.
