This pharmacy is closed at random times, it is totally unreliable. I made 3 attempts to collect my order and I have not been able to collect it yet, as the pharmacy closed during the opening hours!!! Staff who was closing the store for one hour lunch told me (and 3 waiting customers) that she is not getting paid for her lunch break so she is closing the store and does not care if we have to wait for an hour!

The new system for getting all scripts sent electronically has been hard for a number of people in healthcare. My experience was dealt with by caring and compassionate people who went above and beyond what I could have expected. My experience was particularly demanding and whilst waiting I had the chance to see them help other people who came looking for their scripts. Even with those who were being unreasonable, they were calm, collected and caring, giving simple explanations and doing everything they could to help Amazing work and again, I'd like to thank the team for what they did for me :)
