        They NEVER, EVER ANSWER THE PHONE . It just riiiiiings & riiiiiings. Im ringing to find out if my prescription is ready or not, because they dont send a text..! SO FRUSTRATING.

        Disappointed to reach the pharmacy to find it had closed at 5.55, instead of advertised 6pm. No other pharmacies in EG and sick child. Not great!

        Avoid at all costs. The service is abominable. It is the last place you want to be if you are sick. They make you cue with the prescription customers and can take 15 to 20 minuets per customer. You could be there an hour just to make a purchase. I guess that their business model hinges solely on prescriptions.

        Never answer the phone and when you go in theres 6 of them behind the counter and you can wait 5 mins before they even acknowledge you. Poor. Just poor.
