        Never open when they say they are going to be leaving my husband with no tablets at all over the weekend ! Terrible - lets hope he doesnt get poorly !

        My wife and I were due to get our over 60 flue jab and Boots called to say they had no meds. Well we went to Lloyds at East Grinstead and they sorted us out with no fuss. They even said they had surplus Covid and Flu jabs. The service was second to none. They have a great shop with good wheelchair access. What a great place!

        Last week one day opening 10min later. This week saturday 06/08 15+min later. Instead to open straight away, pharmacists starting talking with surgery receptionist. Looks like patients are not human, only pharmacists are. Hello, Lloyd's, we are humans!

        Absolute shambles, never have items in stock when putting prescriptions in. Always have to wait upto and more than an hour for prescriptions. The other day the pharmacist walked out whilst I was waiting to pick up a prescription meaning I had to wait for an hour before it could be dispensed (I understand that everyone needs a break but wouldnt you wait till the queue is gone before you go) ! East grinstead branch needs a good shake up !
